1. Defining Macros
As in the case when operating Lotus 1-2-3, you have to type in commands and data that are needed. You can plan all these steps on a piece of paper before writing on a worksheet.
2. Writing Macros
Write a Macro program in cell area that will not be in use for the worksheet. But do not be too far away, because it would throw too much memory. If you create some macro programs, insert a blank line between programs with one another to tell the program deadline.
There are three writing Macro framework, namely the Macro Name, Command Macro, and Macro Description.
3. Macro name
Macro names must start with back slash character (backslash) and then followed by the name of the macro (one of the letters of the alphabet). Naming is use the command / RNC, and write his name. Can also use the command / RNLR, place the cursor on cell Macro name.
4. Saving Macros
As well as storing the worksheet, the macros can be saved by the way / FS is followed by the name of the document.
5. Running Macros
To run the Macro program press the Alt key along with the letter name.
